PILOT PROJECTS

Pharmacies across Nova Scotia particpate in a number of pilot projects in partnership with the Province of Nova Scotia to evaluate a broad range of pharmacy services. Your agreement to participate in the programs gives you access to these services at no cost to you.

Community Pharmacist-led Anticoagulation Management Service (CPAMS)

Publicly funded service available at select sites for those patients who take the prescription medication warfarin and have a valid Nova Scotia Health Card.  For more information, please click here.

Community Pharmacy Primary Care Clinics (CPPCC)

Available at select sites throughout the province providing an extended suite of pharmacy primary care services at no charge to people with a valid Nova Scotia Health Card. For more information, please click here.
