3) Student (non-voting):
Students enrolled in the School of Pharmacy at Dalhousie University can become student members of PANS upon completion, and submission to PANS, of the Student Membership Form.

4) Supporting (non-voting):
Individual Supporting Membership will be place an individual on our mailing list, entitling them to receive the following:
- Your personal copy of “The Pharmacist”. Our new electronic bulletin, presently distributed to all pharmacists in Nova Scotia quarterly;
- A copy of the PANS Annual Report;
- Information on wages and benefits paid to those practicing pharmacists in Nova Scotia;
- Copies of the various public relations endeavours of the PANS Public Relations Committee;
- A password and ID such that you can enter the “members” pages at the PANS’ website (www.pans.ns.ca).
Any person may become a supporting member upon payment of an annual supporting membership fee directly to PANS.
Corporate Supporting Membership is designed to better address the needs of organizations that are funding a supporting membership for one of their staff members.
The Corporate Supporting Membership provides the benefits listed above, under Individual Supporting Membership, plus the following additional benefits:
- The ability to periodically forward continuing education announcements and new product information to our membership
- The ability to reassign the membership to another staff member if there are staff or responsibility changes during the term of the membership
- Recognition of the organization as a corporate supporter on the PANS website

5) Honorary (non-voting unless active)
Honorary membership may be conferred upon any person as designated by the Board of Directors.
6) International Pharmacy Graduate (IPG) Membership (non-voting membership)
IPG’s become non-voting members of PANS and receive liability insurance coverage through payment of an annual membership fee directly to PANS.
NOTE: IPG’s must first become registered as a Qualifying Intern with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists.
