CAPhO Conference 2016

CAPhO Conference 2016 (CAPhO 2016), presented by the Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology (CAPhO), will take place April 14 - 17, 2016 at the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

The theme of CAPhO 2016 is Can we Talk? bringing to light our communication styles in the new age of personalized medicine and technological advancement.
