Some Community Pharmacy Primary Care Clinics may offer point of care testing for cholesterol levels. Pharmacists will do a point of care test which is a finger prick blood test that can be processed at the pharmacy with results provided during the appointment. The pharmacist will provide advice for managing high cholesterol based on the test result.
