Fungal Infections of the Nail

Common infection affecting the nails, more commonly seen on the toenails, presenting with dicolored nails that develops slowly and is persistent.  Symptoms may include:

  • Yellow, white or occasionally brown discoloration of the nail
  • Thickening of the nail Brittle or ragged nails
  • Separation of the nail from the nail bed
  • Mild discomfort or pain
