A pharmacist will do an assessment to determine if the medication you are taking is working and continues to be safe for you to take. If appropriate, the pharmacist will prescribe renewals (refills) for your medication(s). If a change in dose, directions or medication is appropriate, the pharmacist can also prescribe this change.
