Sterile compounded medications is the pharmaceutical preparation of two or more ingredients, at least one of which is a drug into a drug product intended to be used as injections, infusions or application to the eyes. These products are used for treatment of patients in a sterile environment to prevent contamination and thereby ensure patient safety.  If you have a prescription for a compounded medication that must be provided by injection, infusion, eye drops or other sterile formats, please contact our pharmacy to confirm if this can be done on-site or will require a specialty compounding pharmacy.
