We are pleased to announce that we are seeking our first ever Student to represent the Pharmacy Association on our Board of Directors. This is a new position created as part of our 20111/2012 By-law review process and recognizes the value that students bring to the advocacy of our profession. The term of this position is two years and the Board meets approximately 4 times a year.

Blow is a request for Nomination for Election to the Board of Directors. Accompanying this request is a copy of a Statement of Consent to Serve. New Directors will take office after our Annual General Meeting to be held on October 19, 2012.

To be eligible for election as a District Board Member in the Student District, you must be a member of the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia, and must be a third year student in the pharmacy program at Dalhousie University. All nominations must be in accordance with the procedures set out in Section IV of the Bylaws.
