CSHP Professional Practice Conference 2016

The Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) is holding its 47th annual Professional Practice Conference at the Sheraton Centre in Toronto on January 30 - February 3, 2016.

Check out the program with more than 40 sessions being offered over the 4 day conference.
