All successful Community Pharmacist-led Anticoagulation Management Service (CPAMS) participants must attend one live date training session. There will be sessions held in Dartmouth and Antigonish. Please choose the one that is most convenient for you. For successful applicants, registration is open to 2 pharmacists per location.
The program will start at 9am with registration opening at 8:30am. Mid-morning refreshments, lunch and afternoon refreshments will be provided. The session is expected to run until 6pm.
This session will cover the following topics:
- MOAT Certification: Final Scenarios and Simulations (note: online modules must be complete prior to attendance).
- Roche Coaguchek XS Pro Training Session
- INR online Training session
- CPAMS NS Demonstration Project Operational Overview
